About Tom
After attending school in 1987 at UWP, Tom found his way out to Southern California and immediately obtained his real estate license. As a newly licensed agent in 1989, he went straight into new home sales with Taylor Woodrow Homes in Orange County, one of the more prominent home builders in the business.
After years of success in the new homes market with Taylor Woodrow Homes, the final build out phases of the development were inevitably coming to a close. With his strong relationships and ties in the community, getting involved in the residential resale market was Tom's natural next step. By combining his new home sales experience and new home construction and customer service he quickly found success selling homes all across south Orange County. Today, Tom is a 32-year veteran of the south Orange County real estate industry; he attributes his success and reputation to his optimistic approach and sincere commitment to helping his clients fulfill their real estate needs.
